Are you wanting something different to the standard birthday party setting – why not consider our  SLEEPOVER THEMED SETTING RENTALS

These Slumber Parties are perfect for overnight “ sleep-overs “.

Our tents ; mattresses / bedding and picnic centre tables can be customized to match any party theme and are guaranteed to be a good fun filled night outing !

Our tents ; mattresses / bedding and picnic centre tables can also be used for adults ( i.e ,  such as mom / daughter evenings )

Our packages are not “ cast in stone” , and clients are welcome to add / remove items to suit their requirements.

Please note that each tent is about 1.8m x 0.75m , so clients need to have a sizeable undercover / indoor area , to house their required number of tents

SNAIL Package:

R 280 per tent.

This package includes: 

Tents

Tent frames ; tent roof ; mattress ; sheet; fleece blanket 1.50cm x 1.50cm ; scattered cushions and fairy lights.   

Includes set-up and take down ( from ± 1 hours upwards )   

RABBIT Package:

R 385 per tent.

This package includes: 

Tents

Tent frames ; tent roof ; mattress ; sheet; fleece blanket 1.50cm x 1.50cm ; scattered cushions and fairy lights. 

And

Picnic

Picnic centre table , includes runner ; cushions , balloon centre piece ; theme coloured cup / plate / napkin  

Includes set-up and take down ( from ± 1 – 2 hours upwards )

General

Our rentals consist of themed or colours only settings.

We  do not rent out individual items but the whole setting.

We set everything up and breakdown. Our setup staff is made of a minimum of three upwards depending on the setup.

We will normally setup everything up on the day of your event. If the event start time is before 11:00 am , we can setup the day before.

If the setting is undercover /indoors , we can also setup the day before ( this is ideal )

One (1) tent will take up approximately 1.65m² floor space , so depending on the number of tents required  , will determine the floor space needed to accommodate your envisaged number of tents.

The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time we arrive.

We are not responsible  for moving of furniture or any other items.

Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition as it was received and it will be picked up as soon as the event is finished.

We can offer both themed and theme-coloured décor .
